Manoj comes with 26+ years of wide corporate experience in Strategy, Finance, Commercial and Operations across multiple industries such as Media – Television and Print both, Sports, Distribution network, Petroleum, Manufacturing, Retail and Auxiliary Business services, having worked with marquee companies like Reliance, Snapdeal, Hindustan Times, Big FM, Zee Entertainment, Ten Sports, Modicare, ECE Industries- BK Birla Group, EBEX- Essel Group Captive  etc.

He is a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary, with an MBA degree from FMS Delhi. In his portfolio he has contributed across CFO and Deputy CXO role towards  Organisational Growth Strategy decisions  and its implementation. Last 15 years he worked closely with multiple companies CEOs, towards creating the Organisational benchmarks and their accomplishment.

Enriched with multi facet across industries experience in various finance, accounts and other allied functions such as Secretarial, legal and commercial, he has played vital role in defining Organisational Policies towards various functions and activities, like Restructuring Credit Monitoring Policy in H.T. or Designing the Product Return Policy and its Realisation process across the country in Snapdeal.

Manoj joined Quintes Global with dual responsibility of Commercial Head , for all  the commercial deals for QG Group as well as to contribute towards expansion of QG’s wide  Customer base  towards the Enterprise services. Before joining QG he was driving the Captive Shared Services Centre for Essel Group, which reached to its fullest potential covering multiple services under its umbrella, ie Accounting, Payments, ITeS services, Payroll, Travel Management, Commercial and Procurement, Talent Acquisition, Warehouse Management, Admin and Guest House maintenance and Legal and Professional services, for 100+ companies of Essel Group. He was instrumental towards acquiring all these services from various companies of Essel Group under the umbrella of SSC centre.

His core strength is  Business Strategy, Business Planning, Team building and Lead, Finance & Accounts, Audit, Commercial, Legal support and Operations. He contributed towards successful setup and  operations of Indian Cricket League (ICL)  mega events in ZEE Group, which was a unique new concept in India; that too with the help of a  very lean  and thin team. He has mastered in  Budgeting and Forecasting with Cash flow management as a reliable business partner towards supporting the Sales and Marketing functions of an organization. 

His approach towards Business as well as life is Problem Solving approach, with an orientation towards minute detailing and mapping of  the Resources available and the Output desired.

Puneet Chhabra

Vice President – Transformation Services

Puneet is a seasoned professional with 27 years of experience in corporates of global repute. Starting his career with ITC (Indian conglomerate), setting up AR processes and technology implementation and setting up retail business for 5 years, the remaining  22 years have been in GBS with marquee companies like HSBC & American Express. He is a versatile, high-energy professional, successful in transformation and change management, operations in complex environment. Puneet is self-motivated and likes to challenge the status quo and does not hesitate to roll his sleeves up to provide hands-on guidance and leadership. He strives to build authentic & collaborative relationships that deliver win-win outcomes, often identifies opportunities & always eager to solve business problems, innovate to transform or automate processes leveraging fit for purpose tools & frameworks to deliver sustainable results.

At American Express, he gained hands-on experience in Operations and project management that involved process, technology and policy changes touching 2000+ people. He also had a successful stint with Global Procurement where he worked closely with Procurement in vendor health analysis, make or buy decisions and process KPIs.

At HSBC, leveraging his change management experience, he was instrumental in setting up Finance and other functions COE for HSBC in India, Poland, Mexico and  China. He actively worked on defining transition methodology, opportunity identification and successful transition of 3500+ roles across verticals into the COE. He also played a key role in setting up French and Spanish language capabilities in India. Puneet closely supported in conceptualizing and operationalizing the measure to manage framework (process KPIs and governance). In order to support the transformation agenda, he led various process streamlining, organization restructuring projects and technology implementations leading to delivery of YOY 10% -15% FTE sustainable saves. Puneet led Cost management for Global Finance across locations to equip HSBC Leadership with cost metrics and opportunities, leveraging data driven insights that enabled cost and location optimization. He deployed enabling technologies such python, apian and qlick sense to automate processes and visualize outputs. Puneet has frequently partnered with HR on resource fulfillment through bulk hiring from the Institutes and other employee initiatives e.g. Covid essential support, Return to Office etc.

Puneet is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is a trained Six Sigma Green and Black Belt professional. He attended the management  development program from Schulich School of Business, Canada, sponsored by Amex. Puneet has recently completed a course on Climate Change and its impact on Business from Cambridge university. He has been nominated to participate in various leadership forum in HSBC and represented in Shared Services Conferences. 

Pallavi Jayaswal

Vice President – Industry Engagements & Services

Pallavi comes with 24+ years of diverse industry experience and an Entrepreneurial mindset that challenges the status quo. She specialises in curating creative and unique approach towards problem solving, committed to building successful & meaningful associations that drive revenue & growth, and thrive in the fast-paced, constantly evolving work environments, adopting a culture of continuous improvement, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously; develop proactive strategies to stay adaptable, ahead of the curve, and resilient.

Pallavi has been with RvaluE Group since 2015 where she spearheaded the Industry platform for Knowledge Exchange – Shared Services Forum (SSF), for business services (SSC/ GBS/ GCC) practitioners, through information aggregation, creation and dissemination initiatives. Her role at Quintes Global encompasses strategic marketing and communication initiatives including industry relations and stakeholder engagement.

Pallavi’s core competencies include marketing & communications, BPM (Business Process Management), research & development, industry benchmarking, training, content creation, learning & development, informational dissemination, instructional designing, knowledge & stakeholder management, and leveraging of intellectual capital across the organization strategically. She has undertaken several projects aimed at knowledge/ best practices exchange, strengthening links between knowledge and information systems. She is skilled at curating knowledge-sharing, marketing, and brand building communication strategies vis-à-vis multiple platforms like discussion forums & groups, knowledge portals, workshops, seminars, web content, publications and digital marketing media.

In the past, she has spearheaded intensive research initiatives leading to the creation of significant IP in the education sector. She has authored several High School, Coffee Table books. She has designed support documents for multiple US-based multinational tech giants in her previous roles and also worked with United Nations on energy-efficient technologies for the Indian Steel re-rolling Sector, in the capacity of a Knowledge Dissemination Consultant. She has a diverse industry experience and has worked with Educomp Infrastructure & School Management, Educomp Solutions, UNDP, NIIT and was also empanelled with the Planning Commission of India & Publication Division, Government of India as a licensed Editor.

Pallavi is a post-graduate and has additionally completed – Project Management from IIT Delhi; Total Quality Management (TQM) and Systems Management (PGDSM) from NIIT Delhi; and Information Management from CSE Delhi.

Pallavi keeps herself charged with various travel & adventure sports initiatives. She is also a member of various NGOs and volunteers for various disaster management programs.

Suresh KP

Vice President – HR Services & Transformation

Suresh, an alumnus of IIM Bangalore in HR and Finance, has over three decades of experience in Human Resources, and has held leadership positions in global organizations in ITES, Manufacturing and Energy sectors. He has travelled across several countries in the line of work, setting up HR operations and processes, and has worked with Business Heads in putting in place HR strategies and systems having a clear line of sight to financial / business parameters. He has also led Compensation & Benefits and Talent Acquisition in major organizations. Apart from HR, he has worked in banking, Corporate Strategy and Business Process Reengineering, SAP implementation and has led operations in two startups, focused on healthcare and talent management.

At Quintes Global, Suresh works closely with senior leaders to nurture, drive, build, deliver and grow the HR Services & Transformation capabilities to its true potential. He leads and delivers on TCAAS (Transformation Capability as a Service) projects such as setting up of HR SSC/ COE, Redesigning of HR Function, Automation, Process Improvements, Business Process Reengineering, etc. 

On the personal front, Suresh loves to read, is a closet poet, plays chess and is a dog lover.

Monica Kalra

Associate Vice President – Projects

Monica brings in 25+ years of professional experience covering Operations, Finance, Compliance, Consulting, Assurance and Service Delivery and leading teams across multiple geographies and clients, Managing Large & Complex accounts in Finance and Non-Finance space.

Monica is a Post-Graduate in Economics (Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University), Alumnus of Masters of Finance and Control (Delhi University) and has worked with established names such as Wipro, American Express, RvaluE and Coca Cola India prior to joining Quintes Global, giving her varied experience in Finance and Controls, Process Reviews, Internal Controls as well Process Migrations and Transition Management. 

She has a Multi Domain Exposure across Financial Services, Apparel, Plantations, Textiles & Chemicals, Automobiles, Farming Equipment and Healthcare. She has been an entrepreneur, having set up her own business ventures which she subsequently offloaded.

In her experience of over 2 decades, Monica has Program managed Four Shared Service Centers (handling Design, Transition, Set up and Stabilization, covering People, Process, Technology, Metrics, Document Flow, Mail Room Design, Process Documentation & Knowledge Transfer, Risks & Controls), Migrated processes from US and UK to India, handled operations in General Accounting & Vendors Payables, Carried out Process Reviews and ensured Process Controls. 

Monica joined Quintes Global in 2021. Using her expertise, she has been a key player in the transformation initiatives undertaken by them. She has been involved in Blueprinting to Designing for Transition and Transition Planning, in addition to Projects and Program Management. With her professional and entrepreneurial experience, she has made considerable contribution towards transforming processes. Her positive attitude and never say die approach has been instrumental in making the initiatives a great success. 

Ravish Khanna

Deputy VP – Digital Transformation

Ravish is a senior professional with an extensive and diverse background that spans over 24 years, encompassing a wide range of domains such as Project Management, Business Process Management, Enterprise Content Management, Country Management, and Engagement Management. Throughout his illustrious career, Ravish has demonstrated remarkable expertise in end-to-end program lifecycle management, software development, and solution selling.

One of Ravish’s key strengths lies in his ability to successfully execute key projects for major clients in various countries, including UAE, Oman, India, USA, and Saudi Arabia. His in-depth understanding of the industry, coupled with strong solution selling and value-based selling skills, has consistently propelled him to deliver exceptional results. By aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives, Ravish has led strategic implementations, driving business and operational transformations for organizations he has been associated with.

Ravish’s academic accomplishments further reinforce his prowess in the professional arena. He holds a Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from the prestigious Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute, Mumbai, and a B.Sc. in Statistics from St. John’s College, Agra. Additionally, he has acquired the renowned Prince2 Practitioner certification from APMG International, augmenting his project management acumen, and has also received training on CMMI version 1.3.

Throughout his journey, Ravish has had the privilege of working with multi-billion dollar multinational companies, where he skillfully analyzed key business drivers and formulated strategies to enhance bottom-line profitability. His proficiency in articulating business processes with unique selling points has consistently resulted in consistent and exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales cycle.

Beyond his technical expertise, Ravish Khanna is also revered for his exceptional cooperation and communication skills, enabling him to foster positive relationships between departments and promote a proactive and team-oriented approach. His ability to engage effectively with clients and top management has allowed him to shape strategic visions, drive change, and implement emerging technologies to ensure long-term success.

The trajectory of his career has seen Ravish contributing his versatile talents to organizations such as QG EBS Private Limited, where he has left a significant impact. His adaptability to diverse environments and challenges is evidenced by his seamless transitions across different roles and responsibilities.

Saravanan Rajan

GM – Project & Transformation

Saravanan carries a rich and diverse experience of ~20 years, with 11+ years of experience post MBA in Strategy & Operations, Business Excellence across Business Services, Technology, Construction and Health Care space. He has worked with both strategic and operational layers of Business, having driven key initiatives and solutions through various cross-functional teams and diverse delivery organizations.

He has worked with renowned companies like Quess Corp, Tata Power, Gammon India, prior to joining Quintes Global. His strong knowledge of OTC from Order entry to Invoicing and his successful projects on DSO Reduction, Revenue Enhancement and Cost Reduction through digitization has provided the right mix for successfully managing Transformational Programs.

Saravanan has exposure in multiple sectors in his over Two Decades of experience, he has successfully developed go to market strategies, mapped market potential for F&A functional consolidation, driven large scale cost saving initiatives, implemented digital solutions across OTC and PTP processes to improve operational efficiencies and gain strategic advantage while managing inflight risks within organization.

Saravanan joined Quintes Global in 2021 and brings his passion for identifying value creation opportunities in businesses. 

At QG he is driving transformation centric, tech driven New-Age solution for business process services. He is also involved in building a tech ecosystem for the organization to create a robust technology offering to the clients. 

He is also actively involved in looking at strategic partnerships that will enable non-linear growth trajectory.

Saravanan Rajan is a Wits University Alumni (University of Witwatersrand Johannesburg, South Africa). He is a Post-graduate in Business Management and holds a Masters in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy as well. He has completed certifications on Six Sigma (Black Belt) from American Society for Quality (ASQ) and a Certified in Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM).

An adventure and sports enthusiast, he plays competitive cricket, practices functional physical training, loves to go on a trek, and have tried his hands on rock climbing and river rafting.

Shilpa Dandona

General Manager – New Initiatives

Shilpa is a graduate diploma in computer engineering with 14 years of work experience of performing multiple roles in Project Management, Business Process Transformation, Process Redesign & Documentation, Transitions & Change Enablement, Process Operations, Team Management, and Service Delivery, with companies like WNS, Accretive Health and Scryptions, besides RvaluE. She joined RvaluE in 2015, after living abroad in USA for 5 years, as a Project Manager to develop an internal Program Management Office (PMO) for RvaluE. She has been part of key projects at RvaluE related to Business Process Transformation, Shared Services Program Overseas and India, Process design and documentation, eLearning, BPM Tool and Program Management Role.

Having dealt with multiple stakeholders in Customer Service as well as Operations, Shilpa has a sharp focus to understand and deliver on customer requirements on every project she is part of. She had the opportunity to work on a Strategic Review & Feasibility Assessment engagement for one of Middle East Telecom Major across F&A, HR, Supply Chain, IT and Customer Engagement functions, to identify opportunities for redesign/ automation, offshoring, evolving business case/ cost benchmarking, legal requirements, and developed execution roadmap. During this initiative she had the opportunity to directly interact with the CXOs and Board members of the client organization and received appreciation from both Client leadership as well as internal leadership. 

Shilpa played a critical role and supported Program Management for one of the large organization-wide (multiple Business Units and Locations) Finance Transformation Program for a  USD 1.2 Bn diversified client of RvaluE. Her meticulous planning, eye for detail and constant follow ups have ensured client satisfaction and timely completion. During this period, she has acquired knowledge of Process Mapping, Redesign and Documentation, demonstrated abilities for customer interactions. 

She is good at collecting information, questioning status quo, assimilating and translating them into decision support analytics for decision making and that what she demonstrated by playing a key role in bringing transformation to the existing processes for a client. She has managed multiple Shared Services Centres set up, Finance Transformation initiatives, PMO for a client based out of New Zealand & Australia, multiple surveys and governance for internal initiatives.

Shilpa is result oriented and goes beyond her job responsibilities to deliver value to the organization. She brings excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding team management and decision-making  skills at her previous jobs. We believe her strong value system makes her a key player in success of our organization and our clients.

Daminee Mathur

General Manager – Org Effectiveness & HCM

Daminee is a CA and CPA (USA) with diversified experience in People and cultural integration, Policy formulation, HRMS implementation, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Monthly MIS and HR Analytics.

Daminee is a people leader with strong business acumen for successfully translating business priorities into people strategy. She has been able to devise and implement coherent HR strategies and at the same time, improve internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment. She has proven leadership skills and ability to make significant contribution towards organizational development and is an effective communicator at all levels with good problem solving and analytical skills.

At Quintes Global, Daminee heads the People Function and is responsible for Partnering with Business Leaders for identifying resource requirements and developing hiring plans, Leading the L&D charter and organizing functional, domain and leadership trainings, Driving Performance reviews and administration of the organization’s compensation and benefit’s program including compensation benchmarking, Driving  culture, vision & values of the organization and Fostering a positive work environment  through structured employee connects, employee wellbeing and CSR initiatives.  

In her previous role as part of the Corporate Finance function, she was responsible at the group level for creating the Annual Operating Plan, Monthly/ Weekly Cash Flow projections, Budgeting & Forecasting, Monthly MIS including Variance Analysis from both Financial & Business perspective and Consolidated Financial statements. She was also overseeing various Statutory & Regulatory compliances.

Sanjiv Singh

SVP – Business Generation

Sanjiv is an Information technology professional with 15 years of work experience of performing multiple roles in IT Infrastructure & Network Management, IT Transformation, Service Delivery & Process Documentation, IT Operations, Team Management, and Infra Audit. Handled many projects of IT Transformation, RPA, Infra Development & Management, also audited as an internal appraiser for SEI CMMI-SVC v1.3 for ML3 and ML4.

Sanjiv joined in 2019 and has brought several Tech Infra and System Architecture upgrades that have enabled the Group to streamline all aspects of IT – like Data / Systems administration, security& privacy, adoption of cloud-based infrastructure and aligning the infrastructure of various companies within the Group including the new venture Quintes Global (QG). 

Sanjiv plays a key role in IT infra-Landscape for various transformation projects.

Sandeep Goswami

Business Manager – Business Generation

Sandeep A seasoned finance professional with rich & extensive experience of over 37 Years in Manufacturing, Trading, Insurance, Consulting & Shared Service. My experience is in spearheading corporate and financial planning initiatives. Managed both Finance & Business roles in various areas viz. Financial & Sales Accounting, Business Finance, Strategy, Process Development, Project Management, Compliance, Finance Transformation & Change Management. Can bring in blend of both Art & Science while articulating change for Finance and creating a win-win for stakeholders and the organization.

Given his interesting blend of experience, in function and process, global and local environments in addition to exploring Business opportunity, Sandeep joined Quintes Global with dual responsibilities of Finance Leadership and Business Manager Leadership. 

He has been one of the few leaders who worked with UNO MINDA, Duracell (India) Pvt Ltd, American Express, MAX Life Insurance, TATA AIG General Insurance Co Ltd and Future Genarali Insurance Co Ltd. His contribution was recognised, and received the various awards including Best Compliance & Champion Awards and may moreHe has leveraged his functional skills to redesign business processes for various organizations to drive process optimization and business transformation. On the other hand, he has been responsible for financial planning, forecasting, fund management, and commercial roles like contract negotiations, inventory management etc.,

Allwyn Tauro

Vice President & Head of P2P CoE & Accounting

Allwyn has over 20+ years of rich experience in the field of Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Treasury Management, Record to Report and in  management of Statutory and Internal audits and controls. A Chartered Accountant by qualification and heads the P2P CoE and accounting function at Quintes Global EBS. He is responsible from the overall PR creation to Payable management for the major client of Quintes Global EBS Private Ltd.

He has been a key player in implementations of SAP FICO module in various media companies, his initial experience was into Treasury management for a leading textile manufacturer –The Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Co. Ltd. and thereafter moving into General Accounting and Audits for a Fortune 100 MNC- General Mills India Private Limited which was the world’s fourth largest company in the FMCG business in brands like Haagen-Dazs, Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Green Giant etc.

His key contribution was in the streamlining of the PO process online in the software MFGPRO and in coordinating with International IT & Audit team for the data synchronisation in monthly reporting pack. In a challenging role he was the lead team member working on the strategic management initiative in the implementation of SAP in largest media conglomerate Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. and its foreign subsidiaries spread across geographical locations of USA, UK, South Africa, UAE, Mauritius & Singapore. In this project he designed the financial Chart of Accounts, management reporting of profit & cost centres, the integration between the various SAP modules of Material management, HR & Payroll, Sales & Distribution and Project Systems and in pioneering the smooth migration & transition to SAP by providing user training across locations. He was also instrumental in the designing of Omniflow PR to PO process for the IBPS workflow platform.

His mantra is Customer First and works on prioritizing and satisfying the needs of the internal and external customer which helps in achieving overall management objectives. Currently, Nelson assumes the critical responsibility of heading the revenue assurance and Recognition assurance function at v In this capacity, he manages the end-to-end advertisement revenue for a diverse portfolio of television channels.  Furthermore, Nelson skillfully handles the entire spectrum of revenue streams, from overseeing OTT platform revenue and Music revenue to Syndication revenue and theatrical distribution of movie revenue for the esteemed Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited.

Assistant VP & Service Delivery Leader – Procure to Pay

Girish brings more than 22 years of experience in various Finance operations. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst by qualification, have performed in various managerial roles and has played pivotal role in contributing to the decision-making processes. He is the Procure to Pay Leader in Quintes Global EBS (QGEBS). Girish is responsible for client service delivery. A key part of his leadership role is driving continuous improvement and agility, increasing efficiency in the company’s growing operations. In Automation and Transitions, where he is focused on continuing to bring automations in P2P operations.

His experience includes Business Analysis, Annual Budgeting, Forecasting & monitoring, Distributor management, Billing operations, Revenue accounting & Debtors management. He has proven track record in defining business processes, process re-engineering and process improvement for different organizations. 

As a Service Delivery Leader, he leads in transforming the function to automate & scale-up. He is instrumental in deploying Digital workers, bring Robotic process Automations [RPA] and Automated Dashboards. He has performed the role of providing specialist expertise for Shared Services Engagements, as a Functional expert in assessments of As-is & To Be processes design.

Sandeep comes with 17+ years of extensive experience in IT / Infra. & SAP BASIS administration. He has experience working as Project Manager, Incident & Change Manager and Solution architect, designed and managed Infra. / SAP Landscapes, Application Management Support for some major conglomerates. Sandeep has delivered major projects of Data Center migrations, Infra. Upgrades & Migrations, SAP Carveout etc. He is deft in Project Management, Vendor Management, ITIL Compliance having good domain and process knowledge of IT, Infra. and DC Operations.

He is well versed in designing Business Continuity Plan, Backup & Data recovery strategies, SAP Basis Administration & Security, Excellent in understanding Client requirements & provide solutions using best practices. 

Prior to Quintes Global EBS, he was associated with SIEMENS India, ZEE Entertainments Enterprise Ltd. and Essel Business Excellence Pvt. Ltd. He has designed and managed SAP Landscapes & Application Management Support for Clients like SIEMENS USA, Xerox UK, Sakal Newspapers, Talecris Biotherapeutics USA etc. and has undertaken Implementation projects for Indian Media Companies & MWSC Maldives. 

He is Post-Graduate (M.C.A) and holds professional certificates of Project Management Professional(PMP), ITIL V3 and SAP Netweaver. AT QGEBS, he heads SAP Tech. tower and is responsible for AMS, Upgrades, Migrations & new Projects for Quintes Global EBS clients.

Salim Shaikh comes with 25+ years of multi-industry experience in Finance & Accounts functions spanning across Industries covering Manufacturing, Entertainment and Shared services business.

He worked with companies like Pennwalt India Ltd which was a FMCG company involved in fruit Processing where he was solely responsible for Invoicing, Banking, Audits and Finalization of accounts His media stint started with Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, for which he handled the Linear Ad Sales business involving end to end verification of the Deals and Release Orders received from Agencies and pre audit checks right up to Invoicing. This was continued in the captive shared services of Evenness Business Excellence Services Limited and thereafter in Dedicated Captive namely Quintes Global EBS Private Limited.

Salim has two decades of rich experience in Broadcasting & Entertainment Industry, he has successfully handled the O2C functions, MIS, Audit (Internal & External). He was a key player in helping IT to develop and automate the Syndication Web Portal, Customer Request Portal. His expertise helped in developing

Daily/ weekly automated reports in Broadcasting Management System and SAP system enabling Management revenue outlook. This role also required interactions with Statutory Auditors.

He has worked with industry pioneers like RMX Joss, Usha International, DishTv, Essel Business Excellence. With a Master’s degree in Computer Application and Statistics, he is skilled at collaborating with various stakeholders and motivating them to drive success. He is merger and Integration expert and  has a proven record of driving successful transformation and complex integration projects resulting from mergers and acquisitions, and have depth business knowledge of Media, D2H and Entertainment industry.

At QG, he Leads a team of SAP professionals responsible for project execution, support, and enhancements. He Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business objectives, provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
