Pranav is a first-generation entrepreneur, with over 40 years of work experience. He is an economics graduate and Post Graduate Program in Marketing Management from FMS – University of Delhi.
Pranav joined the corporate work in the year 1980 in a startup company known as Hindustan Computers Ltd (Later called HCL Ltd.) Starting at the bottom of the ladder in the field IT sales & marketing, Pranav rose to being the CMO in 2000 with a Singapore based IT company. In the last 25 years, Pranav has gained experience in marketing of technology products covering the entire gambit of hardware, software and telecom software in both India and overseas markets. Currently he works with Quintes Global as their SVP Sales and Client Services.
Pranav is a complete people’s person. In 20025, he founded his own company, Skillspan, with the prime objective of addressing the skill gap in the F&A outsourcing world, enhance the employability of fresh Commerce graduates both on understanding Accounting as a process more relevant to industry (as opposed to accounting as function) and help them on their communication and other softer issues. He has done Training, recruitment and Human Capital Development for F&A BPO such as Genpact (for Training of entry level associates for Delhi/ Hyderabad) Accenture (Courseware Development for their F&A Academy) Serco (for Training of non-commerce entry level executives at Mumbai/Delhi), NIIT Uniqua (Development of courseware for their Retail F&A program). Salient BPO (HR process consulting and recruitment).
