Puneet comes with 24+ years of rich corporate experience in Finance and IT functions in different industries covering FMCG, IT/ITes, Business Services and Retail, having worked with marquee companies like Adidas, Oracle, Genpact, Future Group and Madame. He is a Chartered & Cost Accountant by qualification and having performed many senior level roles as Finance Manager, Shared Services Head of multiple functions and processes, General Manager Commercial, and Chief Financial Officer, he has in-depth understanding of all activities across the Finance and Commercial Functions.

Given his interesting blend of experience, in function and process, global and local environments, Puneet joined Quintes Global with dual responsibilities of Finance Leadership and Shared Services Leadership. As a Finance Leader, he drives Business Planning, Controllership, Cash Management, Audit, Control & Compliance. As a Shared Services Business Leader, he leads setting up of Shared Services for all Enterprise Functions like F&A, HR, Procurement etc., from blue printing to business case, design to transition, go live to stabilization, and also, as required, performs the role of providing subject matter expertise for Shared Services Engagements, as a Functional expert in reviewing the ‘To Be’ process design, knowledge transfer and Tools implementation.

He has been one of the few leaders who moved from offshoring to lead and set up a large India to India Captive Shared Services Center for Future Group, consolidating 350+ positions across F&A, Procurement & Master Data Management from multiple locations across India, with vendor help desk services delivering on the business case for the SSC. in addition to setting up Captive shared service units. His contribution was recognised, and received the award for the Best Shared Services Centre by the Shared Service Forum. He has leveraged his functional skills to redesign business processes for various organizations to drive process optimization and business transformation. On the other hand, he has been responsible for financial planning, forecasting, risk management, fund raising, fund management, and commercial roles like contract negotiations, inventory management etc.,

Besides Finance, Puneet has handled support functions like IT and HR. He has extensive exposure to ERPs like SAP & Oracle, full suite of Work Flow system and Reporting & Dashboard tools. In his role as IT business champ, he was responsible for delivering and rolling out new technologies like POS for front end retail, HRMS for streamlining the HR processes, mobile app for customer orders, DMS for document management and maintaining repository of key documents.
