Sachin Jadhav

Sachin brings over 24 years of professional experience in the ITeS industry, with expertise in Program Management, Collaborative Partnering, Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Transitioning, Contract Agreements, Setting-Up Centers, and Transformation & Value Creation. 

He holds an MBA in Project Management, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, and is a trained PMP professional. Sachin has worked with renowned companies like WNS, Genpact, Quatrro, Future Group, and AOL in customer contact centers and processing operations across multiple functions, providing him with a holistic view of end-to-end processes and stakeholder management requirements.

Over the past two decades, Sachin has led multi-geography carve-outs, contracts, and transitions for global and Indian clients, involving approximately 2500+ FTEs, as well as due diligence and digital automation. 

More recently (in 2021), Sachin has been instrumental in conducting a deep dive of the HR function and developing a FTOM design with carve-out to a multi-geo ‘Dedicated Captive’ model to support organizational objectives of Functional consolidation involving a leading higher education management company in the UAE with a diverse portfolio of higher education, Corporate training & development, etc.

He has been instrumental in designing custom transition methodologies for F&A, S2P, Procurement, Tech Support, Analytics, RFP & Partner management across various industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Mortgage, Audits, Logistics, and more.
